We have taken the best control system(s) and designed a breakout board around it. All the electronic setting and configuration are worked out and optically isolated to bring you a complete 6 axis closed loop stepper motor control system. When using the Dynomotion system the encoder signals are brought directly to the processor input making it a true closed loop, where as in the Smoothstepper system these signals are brought only to the motor diver module.
With a single input power supply input (48 VDC max) we are able to break out the necessary voltages via the two voltage regulators for the electronic requirements. In addition the two PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) output allow for a two spindle system.
This PCB will meet most CNC configurations and is simple to wire with a small foot print.
